A total of 42 apartments in three blocks, built on reclaimed land in Queensway Quay Marina in Gibraltar. Using a system of precast caissons, which were manufactured in Algeciras and floated across the bay, the site forms the fourth side of the marina, creating sheltered and intimate housing.
